A stable website does not necessarily need a subscription. Request occasional changes, or reserve time each month if your business changes regularly.
Care & improvements

Support after handover.
For 30 days after the agreed handover, questions about using the delivered work and corrections of its defects are included without a subscription. New features, scope changes and third-party service issues are assessed separately. Applicable rights remain reserved.
Agree the scope before activation.
The 45 minutes cover agreed small changes. Unused time expires at month-end and does not roll over. Larger requests are quoted before work.
Monthly checks cover the agreed accessible scope. Repairs outside included change time are quoted separately. No continuous human monitoring, absolute security guarantee or 24/7 availability.
Payment is by bank transfer, following the instructions on the invoice sent by email. Monthly invoicing. You may set up a standing order for the agreed amount. No direct debit.
Start date, response time, handling of requests and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before activation. Domain, hosting and external services remain separate.
