Do I need a subscription?

No. You can have your website built and launched, then receive the agreed files and access. Care is optional.

How do you create websites?

I design the layout and interactions around your business. AI helps develop, organise and improve code; I adapt it, configure services and check the result. You approve the website before launch.

Can I keep my domain?

Yes. Your domain stays in your name. You grant the necessary access and we agree changes before applying them.

Does care include big changes?

Design changes to the existing website can use the included monthly allowance across several months. Significant new functionality is reviewed separately.

Do we need to meet?

No. We can work by email, using private previews and written feedback. A call is possible if agreed.

Can I pay in stages?

Yes, on request and by written agreement: a starting deposit, then the balance after presentation and approval, before launch or final handover. It divides the total price and adds no fee.

Are refunds possible?

Requests are assessed against the reason, work completed and authorised external costs. Any amount or percentage is confirmed in writing with its calculation basis. Full refunds are not automatic, but remain possible when due. Applicable rights are preserved.
