Enquiries and project work
We use the details you provide — name, business, email, activity, description and preferences — to understand your needs, reply and prepare a quote. After agreement, we may create a client record, keep correspondence and organise delivery. Quotes, production bookings and internal notes remain in the private workspace. We do not subscribe you to marketing.
Client project page
If project tracking is created, the information we publish for that project is available to anyone holding its private code. It may include scope, agreed price, progress and next steps. Keep the code confidential and contact us to replace or revoke it. Contact details and internal notes are not published there.
Optional AI estimate
When you request an analysis, the project description and requirements are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Contact fields and internal notes are excluded. Do not include passwords or sensitive information in free text. Pricing rules and production capacity then determine the estimate. This creates no order and does not replace a quote.
Hosting, security and recipients
Cloudflare provides Pages hosting, D1 and KV storage, Turnstile verification, Access protection for the admin and, when used, Workers AI analysis. These services may process technical data including IP addresses, requests and verification results to operate and protect the website. Internal access is restricted to authorised people. The form stores an enquiry; it does not automatically email it or collect payment.

Retention and deletion

Unattached analyses expire after 48 hours and are cleaned up during subsequent analyses. An analysis attached to an enquiry follows that enquiry’s retention. Anti-abuse counters and technical logs have periods specific to their purpose and provider.
Browser preferences
The website stores your language and appearance preferences locally. Dismissal of an information message may be remembered for the session. The tracking code stays in the tab’s memory. The delivered website contains no advertising or audience analytics. Anti-abuse and infrastructure services may use their own security mechanisms, separately from display preferences.
Your rights
You may ask whether we process your personal data, request the information provided by applicable law and request correction or deletion where the conditions are met. Contact [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We may need to retain some records to meet a legal obligation or defend a right and will explain the reason. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Invoices and payments
Invoices and payment records are processed to perform the contract and maintain accounting records. Necessary contact details and references accompany invoices. Transfers are processed by your bank and the receiving bank; Cadreweb.ch checks receipts manually. This website does not collect banking login details, cards or direct-debit mandates. Billing documents follow the retention policy above and applicable obligations.
