Enquiry and agreement
Forms and the configurator prepare a conversation. They do not place an order or create a subscription. The quote identifies both parties and sets out the work, price and agreed terms. Work starts after written agreement and fulfilment of the stated prerequisites.
Scope and price
The accepted quote specifies pages, languages, features, deliverables, schedule and applicable tax treatment. Website amounts are starting prices for the described scope. Standard setup is separate. Domain, paid hosting, email and third-party fees are included only when expressly listed. No third-party purchase is made without your approval.
Payment
Unless another schedule is agreed in writing, one-time work is invoiced 50% at the start and 50% after approval, before publication or final handover. The deposit forms part of the total price. Pay by bank transfer using the details and reference on the invoice sent by email within the agreed deadline. Work starts after receipt of the deposit on the agreed start date. Optional care is invoiced at the agreed frequency; the client may set up a standing order for a fixed monthly amount. This website does not collect online payments or initiate direct debits. Applicable rights and the handling of disputes remain reserved.
Content and access
Clients provide accurate information and the necessary rights to supplied text, images and logos. Content and access must be ready according to the agreed schedule. Share access through invitations and appropriate permissions wherever possible; never send passwords through the public form. Late content or approval may require a revised schedule, communicated to the client.
Feedback and changes
Standard packages include two consolidated feedback rounds within the agreed scope. Additional pages, features or requests are priced and approved before work. Fixing a defect in delivered work is distinct from changing the requirements.
Timing, approval and handover
Delivery examples assume a defined scope, ready content and access, and confirmed capacity. They do not guarantee a delivery date. The project schedule is agreed in the quote. Clients receive a preview and may report discrepancies; silence alone does not constitute approval. Publication and handover follow the agreed approvals and payment schedule.
Accounts and optional care
The domain and provider accounts are held in the client’s name or remain under their control. Clients enter their payment details directly with providers. Cadreweb.ch care is optional and does not determine domain ownership. Its agreement specifies included work, billing, renewal and termination. Selecting an option alone implies no annual renewal or refund arrangement.
Defects and cancellation
Standard packages include a commercial 30-day period to report and correct defects in delivered work. This does not reduce applicable statutory rights. If work stops, the account distinguishes work owed, previously approved external costs, payments and any balance or refund, under the contract and applicable law. This page imposes no automatic flat deduction.
Rights and references
Files, access and transferable rights specified in the quote are handed over under the agreed payment terms. Third-party components, fonts, images and services retain their own licences and terms. Publishing the client’s name, logo or project as a reference requires appropriate permission.
Responsibility and disputes
We first seek to resolve discrepancies with you in writing. Work does not guarantee search rankings, sales or freedom from every incident. Mandatory rights and responsibilities remain unaffected. Swiss law applies subject to mandatory rules; jurisdiction follows those rules. Agreed project-specific terms prevail for the project scope.
Support after handover.
For 30 days after the agreed handover, questions about using the delivered work and corrections of its defects are included without a subscription. New features, scope changes and third-party service issues are assessed separately. Applicable rights remain reserved.
Versions to review, feedback to share.
Review versions of your website are emailed as ZIP files, with instructions for reviewing them. Reply with your comments, ideally grouped into one list. Two consolidated feedback rounds are included at no extra charge within the quoted scope, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We refine the result with you towards approval. New features, additional content or a change of direction after approval are quoted separately before any work begins. The agreed final version is emailed as a ZIP after approval and payment of the balance. Assisted deployment follows the same approvals. Some forms and connected services require hosting and configured accounts; passwords and secret keys are not included in the ZIP.
